Please consider participating in a compensated research study! This study is conducted by a UC Irvine researcher and SWOPLA member. If you are a current or former sex worker who has SW experience in the US, UK, or Australia AND been involved in organizing in any capacity, you are eligible to participate in a one-time interview.

In this interview, we will discuss common social, economic, and legal barriers you or those you know have experienced as a sex worker, and any effective organizing practices you’ve used or know of that reduces these barriers.

If you participate in this research study, you will:
• complete a 1-hour interview (via Zoom, or another web-based platform)
• be asked about your experiences as a Sex Worker and your history in organizing
• be asked about your demographic background (e.g., age, race/ethnicity)
• consent to a recorded interview for note taking purposes *you will remain anonymous, however, unless otherwise requested*
• receive a $75 VISA e-gift card or a payment to the following; Venmo, Paypal, or Zelle, upon completion of the interview (not the eligibility form)
