The TransLatina Coalition provides food, transportation, clothing, housing assistance, and more for transgender, gender-nonconforming, and intersex (TGI) people. They have a drop-in center and a re-entry program for those who are being released from jails, prisons and immigration detentions centers.

The LA LGBT Center provides medical care, social services, legal help, and more for the LA LGBT community. Services are offered for free or low-cost based on financial need. They accept Medi-Cal, Medicare, and most major insurance plans and some HMOs. If you need health insurance, assistance with health insurance applications available.
